For such experiences as dreams, visions and the like, are but the activities in the unseen world of he real self of an entity. 5754-3

In dreams, those forces of the subconscious, when correlated into forms that relate to the various chases of the individual, give to hat individual the better understanding of self, when correctly interpreted. 3744-4

Use Your Dreams

Are your dreams like King Midas or Stephen King? I find dreams pen my eyes to reality. After many repeating nightmares as a child, I didn't want to remember them. At that point it seemed hat I didn't dream for many years.

When a dream recurred in adulthood, I missed the message. I woke exhausted each time drug pushers chased me on the piers of downtown Seattle. I ran through the halls of a waterfront hotel to escape. In the last one, they caught me.

In my study group we discuss pluzzling dreams. This is priceless. The process is subtle yet profound. We help each other with possible meanings as only the individual understands how it connects to provide insight. The symbols and messages become important information to understand myself. If I'd been more aware before, I would have heard the message that I was becoming addicted to Valium prescribed by the doctor.

I write these stories in a journal and find it monitors emotional growth. At times, I hear the inner announcement that I let go of something. The feedback of emerging more independent or emotionally stronger validates me when I wake. Feelings about others in dreams help sort misunderstandings. I chronicle my growth through childhood abuse and fear through dreams.

Sometimes they are predictions. Several years back, I asked God to reveal what was going on in my life and the solution. For a time many visions came to me. I didn't understand them at the time; the information was foreign. Ten years later, I found myself in a series of classes on healthy behaviors. The images were different parts of the course that were threatening; they prepared me to participate in these activities knowing it would turn out well. These prophecies were accurate as to words spoken, activities and experiences; and even the details of the location were exactly like my apparitions.

Once I saw someone helping me through "the valley of the shadow of death". It bothered me until I realized it was one of my angels guiding and protecting me through the ugliness of my journey. I felt relieved and safe.

' Dreams are gifts to me. I rely on them for information, guidance and understanding. 1 invite myself to remember them. They are a trusted tool in my spirituality.

...The best development of the human family is to give the greater increase in the knowledge of the subconscious soul or spirit world. This is a dream. 3744-4

Dreams and visions...are of various classes and groups, and are emanations from the conscious, subconscious, or superconscious, or the combination and correlation of each depending upon the individual and the personal development of the individual, and are to be used in the lives of such for the betterment of such an individual. 39-3
